Concept of CDM: Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) that is settled on by the Article 12 of Kyoto Protocol presents the essential content. It allows the countries of Annex I to cooperate the Non-Annex I countries (developing countries) with implementing programs that reduce the greenhouse gas emission, so that to promote sustainable development of developing countries, at the same time to fulfil the Emission target of developed countries under the protocol.

    All programs invested by Asia Clean Energy are in accordance with requirements of CDM, meet with the standard of carbon dioxide emission reduction, so it contributed for the global warming, and this is the management tenet of Asia Clean Energy.
