The Asia Clean Energy Company Limited ( Asia clean Energy Pte Ltd , hereinafter reffered as ACE) is a Singapore company founded in 2006 and also has management center in Beijing. ACE is involved in investment of wind farm, hydropower project, CMM power generation and other clean & renewable energy, and also benefit from the CDM revenue. The management team is in China and has many years of experience in the power industry. The shareholders include the funds in U.K. which mainly invests in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection and other public listed companies. ACE intends to invest in clean & renewable energy projects and combine with CDM system to promote the environmental project and new energy development.
